Arano - The legend of Aballarri

Translation of an oral transcription in basque local dialect: When the first people was living on earth, they coexisted with many other characters. One of them was Samson. Apparently it was three times larger than normal person: stunning, huge, monstrous. Once, looking at Arano from Buruntza, In Urnieta, Samson saw people dancing and singing in the square of Arano. He did not like what he saw and decided to kill all noisy Aranoarras, throwing them a big rock. He took the leather sling, and once found a large rock, began to spin it. But when he began to take hold for release, he slipped a cow turd, leaving the stone halfway, on Mount Mantale. All people from Arano keep dancing and Samson, angry and with the pain in the ass, returned home. Just seeing the Aballarri stone, we can figure out how big was Samson!.
