My grandmother - Jeanne Betachet - was born on October 27, 1928 in Arrauntz, Ustaritz. In this recording, she explains - while preparing it - her traditional ringdove recipe. She speaks in Basque, but ocassionally invents few funny words in french... what makes her and us laugh.
