Recorded during the Christian Good Friday procession in the old part of Estella. The procession starts from the plaza de los fueros to transit through several streets of the old city. The procession consists of half a dozen steps, carried in the shoulder by the costaleros. In this part of the recording you can hear the voices of the bearers, as well as the sound of the wooden hammer that warns about stops and starts. In the middle of the scene, the sound of a petinent dragging chains tied to their barefoot ankles through the streets. The sound of drums in the background.
