A group of people representing different religious cofradías crosses the village streets of Los Arcos dressed according to the traditional spanish Easter rules while playing different rattles and noisemakers. This Christian Easter tradition is linked to the (metaphorical) silence during the hours that Jesus of Nazareth remains dead. During those hours churches do not ring bells and in some places, like Los Arcos, bells are replaced by rattles and other noise making instruments. They call them "carranclas". Carranclas are basic woodmade instruments that make dry noises. You can see here some carracas, matracas, gallos and tablillas.
