Recorded during the Cider week at the Igartubeiti farmhouse-museum located at the entrance of the town of Ezkio. Some members of the Jo ala Jo cultural association are in charge of the first apple "foot-tapping" or "foot-stepping" of the season, using the traditional technique (now lost) of this work. Some researches say this task can be the origin of the traditional txalaparta percussion instrument.
