Recorded at the Igartubeiti etnographic museum of Ezkio-Itsaso (Gipuzkoa). Neighbors made ??a demonstration of the first process of making cider, that part all the apples with individual sticks, and that by generating a rhythm takes tha name of Kirikoketa. Some people tells that Kirikoketa is probably the origin of Txalaparta traditional percussion instrument.
