The small Pyrenean town of Auritz-Burguete celebrates its carnival (Igrauteak) for two days, Friday and Saturday. During the late-night of Saturday, several neighbors of all ages form parades across the main street of the town. With the help of the accordion and accompanied by the bear and the monkey, two main characters of this celebration, the parade transits the streets of the town in an atmosphere of joke and constant provocation. At the end of the parade all of them dance together on the main square.
