Donostia/San Sebastián - St Sebastien day

At midnight, when the bells of the roof of the Municipal Library, located in the Plaza de la Constitution toll twelve times (wich only happens during that day) begins the San Sebastián Day. While authorities hoist the flag of the city, the Tamborrada (big drumming) companies start to play the March of San Sebastián composed by Raimundo Sarriegi. The recording is made from the roof the main Library building.
