Salcedo - Beginning of carnival
In Salcedo, as in almost all places, carnivals were banned in 1936. In 1983 it began to recover based on existing documentation, and since 1991 is celebrated every year, thanks to the selfless work of the "Amigos de Salcedo" Cultural Association.
