Recorded at the city center of Arrasate-Mondragón, from the high corridor near the public elevator installed above the streets Licenciado Otalora and San Francisco. The city has just started the carnival, and though it's noon and it seems relatively quiet, the carnival is heard along with the everyday sounds of the city. The recording provides an overview of the city from a considerable height.
