Recorded during the process of making cheese by a farmer from Urepele. After milking the sheep, he keeps the milk resting for two days to later warm that milk. Then he applies the rennet and presses the milk into the molds. In this case, we heard the sound of turning on the fire from the kitchen and the hand rhythm of the farm while stirring the milk to avoid lumps in the cooking process.
